Extremely efficient, reassuring visit. I was treated with the uppermost professionalism, courtesy and respect. Seen on time, the procedure fully explained prior to it's commencement . Really happy with my visit.

Just to reassure you, we treat our responsibilities for confidentiality and data protection very seriously and do not share data or information about our patients. The exception to this is if patients agree to receive appointment reminders and feedback surveys by text but patients can of course decline if they prefer not to receive these.

Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate its a little frustrating having to complete forms at appointments but we do our best to keep it to a minimum and only ask for information that we really need and use..
It is a regulatory requirement for us to ensure we have up to date medical information about you to enable us to treat you safely. The only other form filling we need is if you are claiming for NHS treatment.
We would be very happy to send you a medical history form before your appointment to save you time on the day - let us know if you would like this.

Never had any problems, Dr Hiddema is always polite, gentle and thorough. Always puts me at ease and any treatment I have had has never hurt!
