Thanks for your feedback - we are sorry to hear you find it inconvenient to visit both our practices even though this only happens for your start and end of treatment appointments normally. Most of your adjustment appointments will be in the same place so hopefully this helps. If you have difficulty in accessing one of the practices, please let us know and we will ensure you can have all appointments in the same location.

Excellent professional service and the most friendly and helpful staff

Having been a nervous patient in the past. Dr Hiddema and the team at the Surgery have given me confidence, and going to the dentist now so different.

I am extremely pleased with the care I receive and would be very happy to recommend the service.

If you check my file I am constantly going in for the same filling as it keeps coming out and has no consideration for my wellbeing doesn't ask me any qu estions about how I feel or give me a choice. I feel like he doesn\'t listen to me at all for my needs, he was washing my teeth and it look less than a mi nute which doesn\'t seem like a thorough job at all the quality isn\'t here at all and I don\'t know if I want to continue seeing this dentist as he rushes.

Nervous patient

I am quite a nervous patient and don't like going to the dentist but Mr Hidema is great at putting me at ease, I have been seeing him for quite a few years. If I have any problems the receptionist always tries to get me in as soon as possible at a time that is convenient, which is quite important to me.
