Newport Pagnell Dental

This is extremely difficult to do with hardly any appointments left that aren't weeks away and if you have a broken tooth as I have this will probably result in another abscess on my gum and more antibiotics to take, My cheek is sore already and I have 2 weeks to go before my appointment ! The only option is to pay an additional £35 for an emergency appointment that I really cant afford on top of the high cost of treatment - this is holding patients to blackmail with no choice but to pay when things get really bad. Last time, I went directly to the doctor for antibiotics rather than pay the £35. But with a broken tooth I have no choice but to wait this time and my cheek will be cut to ribbons by then but I really cant afford the £35 on top of the treatment. I have been a patient at this practice since Pauline Desmond set up in Newport Pagnell back in the 1980's and think this is a horrible money making scheme to hurt people even more and to get maximum cash out of people and has quite frankly left me feeling appalled at the practice and who are obviously just out to make as much money as possible - I really don't like being held to ransom when I am in pain already.

Always lovely greeting and service from the dentist and reception staff alike. In the past the waiting times have tended to be the only thing that let the practice down. On my last 2 visits however this has much improved. I would definitely recommend the practice.

Appointment was for 2pm. By the time I had registered and signed the forms it was nearly 2:10. If you staggered admin staff by 5 mins it would save denti st waiting for patient.

I have been a patient of this practice since 2001 and have always been treated as an adult, everything explained as required and advice given when required in a friendly and courteous manner. They also have a reminder text message which is a great benefit.

Very prompt service. My dentist is very cool, calm, collected professional and uderstands my jitters regarding treatment.

Excellent dentist and whilst no one likes having dental treatment, the dentist and staff make it as pleasant an experience as possible.
