Good advice, great empathy

Good advice. Great empathy with difficulty feeding a child less sugar. Reception and dentist very helpful and friendly. Very clean toilets too. Thank you.

I have full confidence and trust in them

Had my first clean and polish with Brian Davison and it was fantastic. Both Brian and the dental nurse put you at ease and make sure your experience is a s comfortable as possible. I was a nervous patient but have full confidence and trust in them and it's really changed my feelings towards visiting the dentist. Awesome!

Last appointment cancelled because dentist was ill, and this appointment dentist was running 40min late,was given the option to wait or see another dentist, other dentist was very good and gave good advice too,I am very happy with how I was looked after.

Thank you for your feedback - I'm sorry to hear that your appointments have been affected by staff illness we have recently experienced across the practice team. Our clinics have been extra busy whilst we tried to cover emergencies and urgent appointments for our unwell Dentists and also sadly, on some occasions, we did have to rearrange clinics which we are really sorry about.
Given the close proximity that we work in with our patients, we are sure you appreciate the importance of us not aiding the spread of the many viral illnesses that seem to be doing the rounds at the moment and understand why we felt it was important to re-arrange appointments in these circumstances.
We really appreciate your patience and are happy to hear that you liked the other members of our team who saw you on this occasion.
