Thank you for your feedback - we appreciate that 3 weeks is too long to wait for treatment and sincerely apologise for the delays..
The wait for treatment has been compounded by a very busy period, the unfortunate sickness absence of 2 of our Dentists and 2 sets of Bank Holiday weekends which significantly reduced available clinic time.
As we are currently not accepting new NHS patients due to how busy we are, we hope this will provide better capacity to see our regular patients sooner.
