Fantastic dentist!

Today I attended my first dentist appointment in 6yrs. I was terrified, but the dentist (Mr Hiddema) and assistant soon put me to ease and made me feel so reassured. The treatment was done quickly and painless. I couldn't rate this surgery any higher. I came in scared and left so happy!
Thank you for looking after me, looking forward to my next appointment.

You know sometimes you deal with someone who just seems a bit aloof and irritated...interrupts you, misunderstands you (because they're not listening) half hearted smiles etc...yeah, that was this dentist! Then told can't book my other child in for their check up because books are closed, even though I'd been told he was registered, I'd just not booked his appointment yet. I appreciate that it's probably out of their hands but surely it's fair that family members can be kept together. Will be looking for another dentist anyway.

We do understand your disappointment that we are no longer accepting new NHS patients and whilst we appreciate it would be nice if we could add other family members, we are at full capacity and this prevents us from adding any new NHS patients regardless of the circumstances.

Efficient reception and friendly staff. Text reminders for appointments are great and notice around changed appointments is clear and timely. This is a great dental practice for patients

Always a great experience, staff extremely efficient yet so friendly. Ms Desmond always makes my children feel very safe and reassures them when they need it. Always so professional.
