We are sorry if you find our prices unreasonable however if you check our fee guide against other dental practices we believe that we are quite competitive. We also offer a great value for money Dental Care Plan which can save you in excess of £37 per year on regular check ups and cleans with the Dentist and also discounts any other treatment you may require.
We firmly believe that our fair and transparent pricing along with the great feedback we get from our patients is what sets us apart and makes us one of the best dental providers in the local area.

Dental treatment was very good

Dental treatment was very good. However, was charged twice and asked to sort the error out myself!!!

I am sorry to hear your card payment was taken twice in error.
Unfortunately when problems involve personal information like bank accounts we are unable to talk to your bank on your behalf due to data protection and confidentiality - this is why we needed your assistance to resolve the problem. However I'm glad to hear it was resolved quite quickly and we appreciate the help you provided to achieve this.
The error was due to our card processing company who are in the process of writing to you to apologise.
Once again we are really sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Everyone takes time to talk

Excellent explanation regarding problems and investigations needed including referrals needed. Lovely welcoming manner from all staff. Everyone takes time to talk to the girls and reassure them and explain things in a child friendly way - thank you
