How likely are you to recommend this dentist to friends/family if they needed similar care or treatment?

Please ask patients to arrive 10 mins before appointment because it's annoying being told to wait while they go and ask if the dentist will see you if you 4 mins late ....

Thanks for your feedback which we value and appreciate.
Unfortunately if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, it is unlikely we will be able to see you. This is because it leaves inadequate time to complete your treatment and also causes delays for other patients. It is unusual to be declined if you arrive 4 minutes late but if this was your experience then please let me know so that I can investigate further.

Always totally painless and comfortable

Always great customer service and Dr Hiddema is incredibly good.
I had a fear of going to the dentist but whenever I have treatment from Dr Hiddema it is always totally painless and comfortable. Also Niamh Desmond the hygienist is also amazing at her job and help keep my teeth in great looking condition even if I am not so perfect at brushing etc!. Also all the staff at Teeth in Line have been great to my 14 year old Son with sorting his new braces.

Been coming here since I had a problem with my NHS dentist some years ago and trouble with one of my teeth. Always rate Dr Hidima since he sorted it for me. Friendly staff too.
