Efficient and friendly, this was an unplanned trip, would have preferred a wait list system rather than ringing every day in case of a cancellation, otherwise very happy.

Thanks for your feedback which we value and appreciate - we are a really busy practice and plan most of our regular appointments 6-12 weeks in advance.. We do keep space for emergencies and problems every day so we can always get you in within 24 hours if there is a problem but routine appointments are so much harder to accommodate. Any available time we may have fills so quickly that someone has rung us to book before we can get to make outgoing calls to offer it out!

I find the practice to be welcoming and polite from the front door in. No-one likes going to the dentist but this is my best dentist to date. Many thanks.
