Very very friendly and supportive

Very very friendly and supportive as I get quite nervous. The hygienist assistant even sings quietly and has a lovely voice. These are the best dentist I've ever used and I've used a few.

The dentists are so nice

Newport dental practice is very professional. Reception staff are always friendly and polite. The dentists are so nice, friendly and understanding if you are nervous, most importantly qualified. Would 100 percent recommend the practice.

Thanks for your feedback - It is unfortunate we were unable to complete your appointment due to a cold sore.
Cold sores can be painful and have a tendancy to re-open when you open your mouth wide and stretch your lips. They can also be quite contagious.
We are really sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. However, after you highlighted this us we've taken your feedback on board and added a note to our appointment tickets to make all our patients aware that if you have a cold sore you will need to re-book your appointment.

A very good experience

I called just after lunch for an emergency appointment as I had an infection. The receptionist was very empathetic and told me to come for a walk in appointment. Upon arrival I was seen almost immediately. Both the dentist and nurse were incredibly friendly. I was prescribed antibiotics for the infection to clear. A very good experience.
