Very good dentist

Very good dentist. Dr Davidson is very gentle and reassuring. I have not used any of the other dentists in the practice.

Deposit required when visiting hygienist

It's a bit inconvenient paying a £10 deposit before visiting hygienist ...... causes confusion when claiming back from Denplan and billing issues. Why not just take a card number and only charge for missed appointments?

Unfortunately there was high failed appointment rate with hygienist which is why we found it necessary to implement a deposit system which has helped drastically reduce this problem.

If you do need a detailed receipt for any treatment you have at the practice, this can be provided despite the fact that the deposit has been paid in advance. Our reception team will be very happy to provide this for you every appointment upon request.

I wouldn't go anywhere else

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have gone from being scared of the dentist to actually not worrying about it at all. My dentist is lovely and so is my hygienist. Thank you.
