Really friendly reception staff and quick and efficient service... we like it there.

When my dentist Mr Erwin Hiddema moved from an address in my area, I took steps to track him down because his professionalism and expertise is second to none. As a pensioner I want to try to still keep my own teeth, and during the time when Mr Erwin Hiddema initially left my immediate area, I actually suffered the loss of a tooth due to the poor practice of another local dentist who failed to crown my tooth and instead removed it. It is worth travelling to get to a first class dentist, if that is what it takes. There are some things in life worth far more than money - two things in particular - one is your own reputation and the other is your health. My dentist has proved time and time again that he is dedicated to exceptional patient care, he is an expert in his field providing painless dental care, and always a clean, safe environment. In addition, I do appreciate that by updating patient records at every visit, patient safety is harnessed. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming too, making what might otherwise be a slightly, scary experience for nervous patients, a joy instead. Thank you. It is much appreciated and I will continue to recommend you always.

Dr Desmond was very understanding and patient, when doing the examination she was very gentle and kind, she fully explained what the problem was and took the time to go through my options. I would recommend her to any person especially those who like me are very nervous or have a dental phobia.
