Payment for treatment failed at reception. Receptionist left a message for me to return to pay. Wasted more than 1/2 an hour of my time. Only to be told that I could have rung to pay over the phone. Wasn\'t impressed. Experience with the hygienist was however good

Cons-I'm not happy that to call them it's an 08 number which are more expensive to call and are not included in my minutes on my phone contract, it shoul d be local rate!! pros -apart from that satisfied with my visit, reception friendly and helpful and my dentist nearly always sees me promptly and doesn \'t keep me waiting.

Fantastic service
Always had fantastic service from Erwin over many many years, unfortunately due to the rising cost of private dental care I have been forced to register with a local NHS dentist. Economics are sadly my only reason for leaving the practice.

Brilliant service
The receptionist Sue is so caring and efficient she spoke with my dentist Dr Hiddema and arranged for me to be seen later the same day in case the problem became worse I was treated as always with care and advice and treatment. I felt secure and confident even though I was very nervous. Brilliant service.

Professional, gentle
Our experience here was so relaxing with professional staff at reception, dental nurse and dentist. Mr H and his dental nurse were so friendly, calm and professional, putting us at ease straightaway. Very gentle with all aspects of our checkups and treatments. I have a chronic illness and a disability coupled with being an anxious patient, I couldn't believe how Mr H's manner made me feel and how comfortable the treatments were. Totally recommend his care and the professional friendly attitude of the staff at this practice.
