We take on board your feedback about our reception team which is disappointing to hear. Our reception manager at Newport Pagnell will be re-iterating to her team the importance of being patient focused at all times and not having other conversations when they are dealing with patients at the reception desk.
We completely understand and appreciate the importance of this and will do our best to improve - Please let us know how you get on at your next appointment and whether you see an improvement.

We are very happy to hear you appreciate the knowledge and patient-focus of our Dentists and the Hygienist. However it is disappointing that you don;t feel valued by our reception team when you arrive at the practice.. We do appreciate the importance of first impressions and also know that our reception team are the gate-way to our practice - we know how important it is to make everyone feel welcome at the practice and I am really sorry we've not achieved this for you. We do regularly undertake staff training and we also discuss all our patient feedback to ensure everyone takes on board patient experiences and to help us improve what we do.

We are disappointed to hear that you had a problem with the emergency dental treatment provided by a member of our dental team but I'm glad to know we sorted it within 24 hours for you. An emergency appointment is a quick appointment where we try to find a temporary solution to get you out of pain or difficulty so I am sure you can appreciate we can't always solve the problem there and then.
