Kind, understanding, polite, honest
I have never actually felt comfortable or valued at a dental practice until coming here. The dentist I saw was kind, understanding, polite, honest and great with my baby. She made me feel at ease immediately and although I do need a fair amount of work doing she did not judge me and I am actually looking forward to having my work done. The dental nurse Kelly was brilliant and kept my 7mth old son entertained and even made him laugh. She was quick and efficient at her job, was fun and friendly and also made me feel so comfortable. I felt more relaxed leaving than I did going in and I'm so grateful for such a wonderful consultation thanks to amazing staff. Also wanted to say that all of the staff on reception were brilliant, all very polite and helpful, great phone manners and acknowledged all patients, friends and relatives and were informative and helpful.

We are always very pleased with my daughter's dentist, he is efficient, trustworthy and kind with a sense of humour my young daughter appreciates. In fact she looks forward to the dentist!
