In terms of our fees, we want to reassure you that we try our very best to keep our treatment fees as affordable as possible. In the last 12 months, despite the rising costs of everything from staffing, utilities and materials, we have only applied an increase to fees on treatments where the cost of the materials have significantly increased. We really do understand the crunch everybody is feeling and we are doing as much as we can to help all our lovely customers through these difficult financial times.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are really sorry that there is a delay in your follow-up filling appointment. We are extremely busy at the moment and particularly concerning Dr Davison's diary - he is one of our longest-serving dentists and very popular with our patients.
We have been aware for some time that wait times can be longer than we would like for appointments with some of our dentists and we want to reassure you we have been doing all we can to create more appointment availability but it is difficult with so many Bank Holidays at this time of year. We could offer you a sooner appointment with another member of our team. If this is something you would like to consider then just give us a call and we can arrange this for you.
In the interim, we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we try to reduce waiting times and if you should experience a problem during the time you are waiting to see Dr Davison, please don't hesitate to call us as we reserve time daily for urgent emergencies and problems.
