Good reception service, feel the appointment itself is well handled, feel cared about. Only issue really is appointments always seem to get delayed and rebooked nearer the time which can be a mess about having already juggled school and work commitments.

Thanks for your feedback which we value and appreciate. We're sorry to hear you feel appointments are delayed or re-scheduled but would seek to reassure you, we will only do this when completely necessary and usually for staff holidays planned 3 months in advance or for unavoidable sickness absence. We do try our best not to do re-arrange as we appreciate the impact it has on personal planning. We do find most patients prefer to book their next appointment often between 6-12 months earlier at the previous appointment which can result in some re-scheduling but we'll do our best to give as much notice as possible.

Receptionists and Dental nurses and Dentists all lovely. Very happy with treatment from Dr Hiddema who always takes a lot of trouble and is very kind. Timescales are quite frustrating but don't have a solution for this!

Wonderful

Mr Davison is a wonderful dentist, who is a very caring and gentle dentist. Last week the waiting time to be seen was quick and my appointment went without my problems. I would recommend the practise
