The dentist and appointment care was great. Unfortunately, i had rather a frosty welcome at reception. I was 10mins late and had rang to inform staff of this. I apologised. She tutted, looked at the clock and told me to go and fill out a medical form- and told me very rudely to take a seat, take a seat, take a seat.
I run a clinic myself and if my staff on reception spoke to patients like that, I'd question why they were in the job. A real shame as the others in reception seemed fine. Maybe her impending arrival was stressing her out!?!

I bring my son and if I'm honest the staff are amazing. They make him feel safe and he is happy to allow any work to be carried out no problem.

I enjoy every visit
Since I joined your practice, I have enjoyed every visit. I used to have phobia of needles and injections but now I don't. It is amazing . My teeth has got better and I always look forward to my next visit.

Friendly, helpful, informative
The girls in the reception are friendly and helpful. My dentist for many years now, Brian Davison, is very informative, explains the treatment & shows me & explains the ex-Ray's, he gives me options for my treatment. When I had a bad tooth ache he fitted me in on the day.

My son had a very bad toothache. I couldn't get through on the phone and left a voicemail on Friday morning. To be honest I didn't expect to receive call back. Within 5 mins I received a phone call and an appointment the same morning. Thanks so much.
