The best dentist I have had
Brian is the best dentist I have ever had. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was very nervous due to a bad experience but he was very reassuring and talked me through step by step. I have now finished a year's treatment plan and couldn't be happier. The practice is always clean and the staff can't do enough to help and always give you very warm welcome.

From the start I have been made to feel welcome. The practice as a whole and the dentist's themselves are extremely understanding and patient.

Dentist very gd, (tho' it's sometimes difficult to tell with dental work how gd the work has been). Reception mixed - ranges from excellent to unfriendly. Telephone system poor - shld be able to dial direct. Emergency policy v poor - not acceptable to be directed to 111. Hours not user-friendly (small example - if appt is 2pm, clinic shld open at 1.55). However, despite all this I have no plans to change in the forseeable future.

I am extremely happy with the treatment I receive from Dr Desmond. Having know her most of my life I feel she knows me and my fears and treats me accordingly which is fantastic. However, I was very disappointed with the treatment I received from the front of house team last time. I was told quite abruptly that I owe 30 for work done in 2012 - work that I know nothing about and was not explained to as to why I owe this money. Just expected to pay it which is very unfair. I was basically told that this wasn't picked up due to a name change and address change. I have not changed my name and having worked there, fail to see why a change of address would have not picked it up as it goes by your name. I was made to feel as though I had deceived you by changing my address which is extremely unprofessional.

Newport Pagnell dentist clinic is very welcoming, the receptionists are very pleasant and polite. And as I'm a very nervous patient I find that mr Davidson makes me feel very at ease and explains everything to me. All I can say is I'm very lucky to have a brilliant dentist

A difficult job well done

Find some receptionist unfriendly and unhelpful. You did have an existing patient who had not been for a while and you took them of as a patient without telling them so when they needed urgent treatment the receptionists refused and were very rude. I am Milena's mother Replying to these questions I am registered with another dentist as I don't feel comfortable attending this surgery. I have no complaints about the dentist he is fantastic with both of my children I have a problem with the receptionist

Service is second to none
Dr Hiddema is excellent and has offered me a quick and efficient service, particularly when I had an extraction this year. The receptionist's were also extremely helpful, particularly when I needed a quick service. Grateful thanks also to the professional and helpful dental assistant. I am a very nervous patient, especially for an extraction. The service I receive is second to none.
