Pleasant and reassuring

Dr Hiddema and his assistant nurse are very pleasant, re-assuring and make me feel at ease. Any feelings of anxiety are kept to a minimal, my appointments are always dealt with quickly and I leave feeling confident that I look after my teeth well. The reception staff are efficient and helpful and I'm happy to travel from Northampton for my appointments

Friendly and positive

The friendliness and positive attitude of all the staff at the practice make one of my least favourite activities a lot more bearable. Particularly enjoyed the banter with Niamh the hygienist and Elena her assistant!
