My experience

I was very disappointed as I needed a cracked filling repaired permanently! I paid upfront for the appointment and told to pay the balance after depending on what they did. I was given antibiotics and a temporary filling ! If I had known I would have travelled back home and it would have cost be less as the money I spend was wasted!

My experience

I’ve been a private customer for over 15years. I am very disappointed how long it took to get an appointment ( I was even on an cancellation list in that time ) and then have to wait even longer for treatment which meant the whole filling came out with waiting over 3 months. He run out of time for a clean even though I’d booked it so now I have to travel again to go.

Thank you for reviewing your recent experience at Newport Pagnell Dental. It is disappointing to hear you are unhappy with our service, especially as you have been a patient with the practice for so long.
We are sorry that Dr Davison's diary has been really busy since the Covid Pandemic but it has been difficult for us and many other Dentists to catch up since the pandemic ended. We can see that you recently attended an appointment which was booked on the day you called and we hope this resolved the problem you had. We do appreciate it is inconvenient having to make a return visit for your clean and apologise this could not happen on the day of your visit but we thank you for your patience. Dr Davison will be happy to discuss your concerns and hopefully restore your confidence in him and the practice you at your next appointment.

Great empathy and clarity

The dental staff are both highly professional and extremely aware of the need for great empathy and clarity. This set-up would make an excellent teaching facility. I also find the admin staff welcoming and very helpful. Great service.
