Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit to Newport Pagnell Dental.
We do appreciate your early arrival at the practice for your appointment, however we would stress that we do inform customers that we are closed between 1pm-2pm.
We generally re-open the door at a few minutes before 2pm to enable entry/registration before a 2pm appointment.
Whilst we recognise it would be ideal for our customers to come in before we re-open at 2pm, unfortunately the practice is quite small and has limited space inside and our team therefore have to utilise the waiting area to have their lunch break and discuss/plan for the afternoon session during the period between 1pm-2pm. We would however always try to accommodate elderly, disabled or vulnerable customers or anyone who had a specific need to come in earlier than their 2pm appointment, especially with inclement weather and colder temperatures. Had you expressed a concern when our principal responded to you over our intercom, we would of course have allowed you earlier entry as we have done for many other customers.
