I have had a phobia of visiting the dentist since a very young age (I'm 41 now!) Dr Saidal Islam always puts my mind at ease and is very friendly as are the reception team. Dr Islam and his assistant are welcoming, attentive, take time to get to know me and will answer any questions I have, even the hypothetical what if. I don't feel rushed and leave feeling confident that I'm looking after my teeth and less anxious about dental visits. I would highly recommend Newport Pagnall Dental Surgery

All staff are polite and friendly and it has a relaxed atmosphere. I have been using this dentist for many years and have had very few problems as they have been looked after by a professional team.

Visit to the hygienist
The visit to the hygienist was friendly, efficient and as gentle as this sort of treatment can be. Advice was offered for trying to maintain my somewhat higgeldy teeth by flossing differently to how I currently do it.

Ran to schedule, no waiting
The professionalism of all employees. The timeliness of the appointments, both ran to schedule, no waiting. The hygienist was particularly caring and good at explaining the procedure and updating me throughout the procedure.

The receptionists were lovely
The receptionists were lovely both on arrival and leaving (in the past I have found them quite grumpy), and the hygienist (and her assistant) was delightful.

Shame that we need to opt in for 12 month dental care plan in order to get to see the dentist for treatments...
Otherwise Dr Islam was very helpful and patient to explain all the options, very professional

Thanks to Dr Islam and his great knowledge of the job, I recovered my old smile with withe teeth that I can't remember about since a decade!!
I highly recommend him and the dental practice for their kindness and patiente.
