My teeth feel healthier

Niamh Desmond was amazing. I was anxious and nervous and she made me feel as ease. Frankie was great with me. My past experiences have not been the best and have avoided dentists/hygienist but I can honestly say I felt safe with Niamh, my teeth feel healthier. I’m not worried about coming back for my next clean.

My experience

Waiting times - unfortunately if the person ahead of me had not left as they had already waited 30 minutes I would have had to wait an hour and this is unacceptable
The reception staff and dental nurses were excellent and recognised people were waiting and made apologies on dentists behalf
I have never been seen on time but usually a 15 minute wait which is frustrating but this time it was out of order.

We completely understand your frustration. We want to reassure you that our team do their best to keep to time but sometimes there are occasions when something un-expected happens or a significant dental emergency occurs which we have no control over. We do our best to communicate this to waiting patients and offer the opportunity to re-schedule if you prefer not to wait but of course, we do understand that patients have taken time out of the day to attend and it is not always easy to re-plan.
We are truly very sorry for the delay you experienced. We value your comments and have made this a topic for discussion at our next team meeting to see what/ if we can do anything better to prevent delays happening and to ensure we all know how to keep patients informed of any delays that occur.
We hope we are able to do better at your next visit.

Crown prep

Had a crown prep done and was in chair for 90 mins. Lots of drilling involved. Brian is very good in what he does. I will be staying with him after 1st September.

The hygienist professionalism, calming influence, kindness, very caring and gave me advice going forward.
The dental assistant was also very kind and caring.
