Emergency
Needed an emergency appointment. Phoned at opening time, left a message, had a call back 10 minutes later, appointment made for mid morning, attended and all sorted within 20 minutes.

Amazing service
What can I say other than a huge thank you. I attend regularly and for the first time in many years had an emergency tooth issue. The reception staff were kind, considerate and very helpful. Dr Davidson was reassuring, professional, informative and kind. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

My recent experience with Newport Pagnell Dental Clinic was excellent. I had requested a review to my mum's dental care plan charges. Sheena McCormick, who handled my request, responded immediately and, with the assistance of my mum's dentist, Mr Davison, were able to offer some alternative options. The speed in which my request was dealt with, together with the professionalism and courteousness that was shown was excellent. All of the staff, from the receptionists to the dentists are always friendly and polite and do an amazing job.

I used to have my teeth cleaned as part of check up appointment. This is not done now. So I have to pay extra for Hygienist.

We would like to clarify that a Check Up and a Scale & Polish have always been 2 separate treatments with individual fees attached to each. Although most of our patients book for both to take place at the same time, quite often and if time permits, the Dentist will ask would you like a Scale & Polish at your Check Up visit.
A Scale & Polish Treatment is normally done by your Dentist and is a light de-scale and polish of your teeth whereas a Hygiene Appointment is a much a longer appointment with a Qualified Hygienist who can dedicate more time to the removal of plaque and calculus, tackle stains and provide a much more intense and deeper clean and polish. A Hygienist visit may also be recommended by your Dentist if you have a lot of built up plaque and calculus or other Oral Hygiene concerns. Unfortunately as your review is anonymous we can't look at why a Hygiene Appointment was recommended at your most recent appointment but if you would like to get back in touch direct, we would be delighted to help you further.

My husband, who is blind, with very poor mobility and a wheelchair user, was supported well. He was seen in a room that accommodated his wheelchair, having moved to it specially, and the dentist and nurse was very helpful, aiding him onto the couch.
