It’s a repeated issue that we have to wait so long to be seen. What is the point of appointment times if there seems no real effort to maintain good timekeeping? It was 40 minutes after the appointment time on this occasion before being called in. It’s a complete disregard for your patients' time. Regardless of any treatment, this is the overriding frustration and lasting impression of any visit. It was exactly the same when I visit last month.

We we want to re-assure you that we do take time-keeping seriously and our team do try very hard to keep to time. We really do understand and appreciate that our patients have busy lives and other commitments to attend to during their day.
