Excellent dental care
As always I received excellent dental care from Dr Davison. I felt very relieved after attending the appointment. The team at the clinic are always helpful and pleasant. I recommend the practice wholeheartedly.

My experience
The receptionist was rude and argumentative, actively wouldn’t let me in and I had to have protracted conversation through the intercom and then was blocking way out (irritating). The appointment was late, thought it quick, felt unprofessional (trying to be hip) … for the first time I would consider trying to go somewhere else.

Hi Molly
We are very sorry to hear you feel you did not have a good experience with our reception team at your last visit. At the time of your visit we were still required to adhere to COVID Safety Measures which had been set by NHS England. This meant that we could only allow access to patients with an appointment and after a short pre-screening was completed at point of entry. We appreciate that this could be a little irritating but it was a necessary infection control step for patient safety and the safety of our team. We can assure you the team were not being difficult.
We hope you will return to see us but we do understand if you feel this has made you decide not to return to the practice for your dental care. If this is the case please do let us know so that we can ensure we do not disturb you with future appointment reminders.

Wonderful calming demeanour
From the lovely ladies on reception that are always very polite, cheerful and professional through to Dr Desmond and her charming assistant, the experience couldn’t be more pleasant ( and we are talking dentistry). Dr Desmond has a wonderful calming demeanour and a wealth of knowledge and she never cuts back on the what and the how. That’s why I have been coming to this practice for 30+ years.

We all feel totally relaxed
I love the fact my daughter 10 tells me all her friends are scared of the dentist yet this has never entered her head. We all feel totally relaxed with Pauline. She’s the best.

Amazing with my children
How amazing Wendy was with my children. They were getting impatient and Wendy came out of one of the rooms and entertained my children, talking to them, singing with them just keeping them happy. She was amazing and my children went in to see the dentist very happy.
