We are delighted that you found our reception welcoming and efficient but sorry to hear that we kept you waiting longer than expected to see the Dentist. We do try very hard to keep appointments running on time as we appreciate that everyone is busy, but occasionally we are faced with an un-planned emergency or a dental problem that can take a bit longer than expected and this can cause a delay. We are very sorry we kept you waiting and really appreciate your patience and understanding.

My experience

I merely asked the dentist to be more careful next time as he hurt me on several occasions while cleaning my teeth. His response was “I should change to a new dentist.” which I did.

My dentist is always great. Doesn’t ever advise I get anything done unless it is necessary. Has best interests at heart! Best dentist I’ve seen.
