Kind and friendly staff

Kind and friendly staff, efficient processes. Even though my dentist was behind by 30 minutes, I was told this beforehand by a lady on reception. It meant that when a family member called me on my phone, I knew I had time to chat and discuss something, instead of assuming I could be called in any minute.
