Not overly happy with the experience. Used to have dr Hiddema, who was always great, but have been passed to new dentist. It was recommended that I have x-rays taken as not had any for a few years. Dentist tried to push item into mouth but made me gag massively. After couple of attempts, had to give up. I am a nervous patient anyway, but this and overall manner of appointment has made me feel much worse about coming back. I feel quite panicky now when I think about my next check up.

Unfortunately as your review is anonymous we are unable to see who you saw to give them your feedback or to be able to get back in touch with you to offer our help. However, we would stress that all our Dentists have to follow NICE Guidelines (National institute for clinical excellence) with regard to taking radiographs at regular intervals and we are audited regularly to ensure we meet the guidelines.
