I am disappointed that my checkups now seem more of a sales pitch for expensive treatments, I didn't appreciate being advised to save up, even if it was said partly in jest.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience at Newport Pagnell Dental. We are sorry to hear you felt your Check up was a sales pitch as this is not our intention at all. Our dental team will only recommend treatments which are clinically necessary or which they deem relevant and appropriate based on their assessment and patient discussion with you. For example cosmetic dental treatments.
We will of course share your feedback with the Dental team and the Dentist you saw to make them aware of how you felt following your recent appointment and that their choice of words was not appropriate, even if said in jest. Once again we are sorry and thank you for raising your concern so that we may follow it up and use it as an opportunity to improve our service.

I can’t praise all of the staff enough. Mark and Pauline put my daughter at ease the moment she walked into the surgery. A big thank you to the nursing staff and the lovely hygienist Niamh.
