Thank you for your feedback following your recent visit to Newport Pagnell Dental Practice. We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with a number of things from your visit.
We completely understand how unsettling it can be for a nervous or anxious patient when an appointment has to be changed Unfortunately between the time of your booking and the intervening 6 months, things can change or something unavoidable may occur on the day which we have no control over. We do try hard not to re-arrange unless we really have to - if this causes you concern or anxiety, you can always delay your appointment if we have to re-schedule and you don't feel ready or prepared. Just talk to our reception team and they can help plan this for you.
We are sorry to hear you find our waiting room out-dated and uncomfortable. It is a very busy and well-utilised area which we try to keep it fresh and bright and clean but with 5 very busy surgeries, it does have a lot of footfall throughout the day. We are due a refresh very soon so will consider what we can change to make it feel more modern and comfortable.
