Recent experience

They couldn’t help me to the extent I needed. They were extremely friendly but I called because nhs said they would help me in emergency cases for nhs prices but I received partial help which remedied the immediate problem but to fix the actual problem they said I had to pay private fees leaving me once again stuck

Thank you for your review following an emergency appointment with us. We appreciate your disappointment that we are unable to provide on-going NHS dental treatment for you. We only have a limited NHS contract which is currently at full capacity, which means we can only provide NHS Emergency Treatment for anyone who is not already a patient with us.
You can google 'NHS Dentists Near Me' or contact 111 to find local Dentists who are accepting new NHS Patients. We are sorry we could not help you further and hope that we got you out of pain/discomfort and that you find an NHS Dentist for the continuation of your dental treatment needs soon.

Good experience

The information I received about how I can improve my cleaning habits. I have never had a conversation about that in all the time I have been coming here. The calmest of her manners and approach to my personal needs was fantastic. I am not very confident at going to the dentist but today was a good experience thank you.
