Dental appointment

I had been dissatisfied with the manner of my new dentist in respect of how a routine procedure was meted out on my initial appointment, but on broaching this with him on this visit, was met with understanding and an apology, for which I'm grateful....I look forward to many more years with the practice.

Outstanding

Outstanding - I do not like going to the dentist yet my experience is always positive. My nervousness is understood and I’m not made to feel ridiculous and I am given time to feel comfortable - I am nearly able to relax! I feel in control and the advice given to me I trust. Pain and discomfort free.
