All reception team. Even the manager came and checked on me whilst I was waiting for my appointment. I spoke to her in tears that morning and for her to come check on me was lovely! And of course Dr Sai is just the most amazing dentist!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Polite, friendly and welcoming reception staff. Comfortable waiting area. Dr Desmond is by far the best dentists I have ever had, very caring and personable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Saw new dentist for the first time, and was very happy, he listened to my 'cosmetic' fears, as well as advising on current dental status and cleaning regime. Am now planning to get my smile back, with his help, and not hide from the camera anymore.

An enjoyable experience
The friendliness of Niamh the hygienist. Who would have thought that anybody could make having your teeth cleaned an enjoyable experience but Niamh is lovely!
Then I went to my new dentist Mr Islam...Who only did a check up but it was very thorough and he used various media to diagnose and explain a problem that I had clearly had for several years - it hadn’t been picked up on before. He is also very friendly as was his assistant. I was seen promptly I didn’t have to wait long at all.
Dental work is expensive but at least the people at this practice soften the blow of the bill!

Dentist and receptionist were very good with my 15-year old granddaughter, who needed three fillings (and I think three injections). I had thought my granddaughter's review for orthodontic treatment for upper and lower jaw braces on the NHS had been concluded, but the dentist told me it had not (an appointment letter had gone to an old address) and the receptionist was very helpful in getting us an appointment to complete the review. Both dentist and receptionist were kind and helpful, but warned my granddaughter that she must stop eating sweets and sugary snacks or she will need more fillings and make herself ineligible for NHS treatment for braces!
