Friendly and personal approach

All staff are very friendly. Appointment was on time. I saw the hygienist and I loved how she kept talking to me and checking that I was ok during the treatment, very friendly and personal approach.

The most amazing dentist

Dr Pauline Desmond is by far the most amazing dentist I have ever seen, I am one of the most anxious and nervous patients and she always puts my mind at ease, she treats you like a friend and not a patient, the dental practice is lovely and friendly as well

Very well run

Very well run, adhering to the covid rules at present. Only criticism is that I nearly always have to wait at least 5 minutes, never going in on time. Perhaps make the patient slots a little longer to avoid the waiting around.
