Felt safe

Felt safe. We were seen immediately and didn't have to wait. However with my knowledge that covid is airborne and likely stays in the air for a while, I do think it would havd been even better to have been able to access the surgery by the back door, rather than walk through the waiting room, where one or two people were seated and could have perhaps been there for some time.

Thank you for your review of your recent visit to the practice. We are delighted you didn't have to wait at your appointment which is what we are aiming for. However we do want to reassure you that we have put in place a patient flow from entry to exit and implemented significant COVID safety measures including limiting the number of patients in the waiting area at any time. When this number has been exceeded we will not allow anyone else entry. Given we will also have undertaken verbal confirmation of everyone being symptom free before allowing them to enter the practice we feel we are doing our very best to make the practice as safe as we possibly can for all our patients and our team during this very difficult and challenging period.
