The Receptionist was awfully rude - she was abrupt and very unprofessional. Her performance was one I did not expect nor should I have to tolerate.
The notion ‘I am only doing my job’ is a false response to poor performance and bad behaviour.
I believe this is a new employee- as a regular and long time customer I have not seen her before.
