Recent appointment

Overall the service was very good, the reason for a rating of 4 and not 5 was being unable to book my next check up and when I asked why the receptionist couldn't really explain it.

I was very happy with my dentist, he always makes me feel comfortable and not frightened and tells me where I am going wrong with how I brush my teeth.

Appointment

The dentist said he couldn't clean teeth I would have to see the hygienist. An appointment was made but at no time was I told it would cost more than the dentist doing it. Not good practice.
