Always happy with my treatment

The dentist is not my favourite place, but Pauline and Niamh always put me at ease and the steps they have put in place due to Covid19 are very good, however, I was a little surprised that my temperature wasn't taken. Always happy with my treatment.

In accordance with guidance from the Chief Dental Officer (England) we are not using temperature checks as this is not always accurate. We are however conducting thorough COVID19 screening both prior to and during your dental appointment.

Dr Saidul was very friendly and instantly put my mind at rest. I was worried about how covid measures may be handled but he explained everything to me very thoroughly and was very informative regarding my treatment
