All employees are friendly and polite, the hygienist is engaging and was sure to keep checking I was okay. The COVID-19 rules being followed to the T.

Newport Pagnell Dental

I felt the procedure was not explained properly and I was not made aware the filling would be so big or need numbing, this would have been appreciated if it had been said at the time i was told i needed to book in. The masks also make it difficult to hear what is being said to you, and there is additional equipment which again was not explained before it was in my mouth/ held over my face.

Thanks for your feedback Hannah, we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your recent experience at the practice, in partocular the communication between yourself and the Dentist. We appreciate that having to wear masks can impact on communication - we would prefer to be able to discuss things without having masks on but unfortunately due to Covid19 & NHS guidelines, we do have to wear them throughout the duration of appointments. We feel that our team do discuss treatment options fully to enable patients to accept or decline any treatment offered. We apologise if you felt this was not the case for you and reassure you, that for any future visits you can and should ask for clarity from our team members if you are unsure about any aspect of your visit - they are very happy to help.
