Not as high as usual

My usual Hygienist was not available and the replacement did not make me feel comfortable and her process was much less comfortable.

We are really sorry to hear you did not feel comfortable with the Locum Hygienist you saw at your recent visit. We completely understand patients get used to seeing the same person but unfortunately, our regular Hygienist Niamh is going to be away for some time.
Feedback regarding the 3 Locum Hygienists we are using has generally been very good so it is disappointing you did not feel it was a good experience for you but we do understand, so if you would rather see a different person we can organise this for you. Alternatively you may choose to have a Scale & Polish Treatment with your Routine Dentist until Niamh comes back to work later in the year. Either way, just let us know your preference and we can sort it out for your next visit.

My wife was very nervous due to her brain cancer. All of the staff were very supportive and helpful. The nurse and dentist who treated her were extremely patient and gentle with her.
I would recommend them highly to anyone who asked me for a local dentist.

Made to feel welcome, relaxed

I have always been a nervous patient when it comes to dentistry, and this has not diminished with age. However, I am always made to feel welcome, relaxed and informed at all times when I am at my appointments with Dr Siddique and her team. Believe me, it really does help. Thank you.

I saw Debbie the hygienist and Tomi the dental nurse.
They were friendly and professional and really put me at my ease. A great experience.

Wisdom tooth worry.

After experiencing pain on & off for 2 weeks it was amazing to be able to make an appointment on the day I phoned. Friendly & professional. Treatment was kind, professional & thorough. I was extremely happy with the service.

Getting new crowns

I visited the dental practice today to start my treatment for new crowns. I had Dr Islam & he couldn’t have been any nicer. I had a good experience & he explained everything that was happening before he did it. I couldn’t find any fault with anything. Found out I have to score outcome but treatment hasn’t finished yet & I won’t be getting my crowns for two weeks!
