Recent Appointment

Brian is always very good.
I was a bit puzzled as to why I was rung again this morning (the morning of my appointment) to check I could make the appointment as it was only booked in as provisional (?). I had confirmed the appointment twice - once on the day the appointment was changed (by the dentist -not me) and once when I rang up to check that my old appointment was definitely cancelled, as I received a text from you about it. Is there something wrong with your system?

There was some confusion on our part given that your Dentist had booked the amended appointment for you in surgery as a "Provisional" slot. Our reception team then sent you repeated reminders in error without actually changing the appointment to confirmed. We are very sorry and have shared your comments with our reception team to ensure they are vigilant to avoid this happening again.
