Thank you for your feedback Sue. We are delighted you are pleased with your son's treatment here at Teethinline. We are really sorry if you have felt that communication has not been great all the way through. This is disappointing as we take great pride in our communication, from initial assessment, proposed treatment plans and throughout all the steps and stages of the orthodontic journey. We also support verbal communication with fact sheets given to patients at each stage of treatment.
We totally agree that as a parent you want to know exactly what to expect and we do appreciate that there was potentially some interruption to our communication during the Covid Pandemic as it was difficult for parents/guardians to accompany children to appointments and we had to rely on the child updating the parent/guardian.
We fully support your recommendation to ask our clinical team lots of questions so you do understand the treatment and the process. We would also add that all our patients/parents/guardians can talk to our lovely and very knowledgeable Treatment Co-ordinators who are always on hand to answer questions too by email, telephone or when you visit the practice.
