Teeth in Line - Newport Pagnell

After a long wait the treatment we have received for my daughter has been great. However I chose 3 because we can't recommend them as they're not taking any more NHS patients. My son was just accepted onto the waiting list earlier this year then rejected. He needs treatment but we\'re now trying to get onto the waiting list in Leighton Buzzard which is very frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback - we are delighted to hear that you are happy with your daughters treatment.
We would love to have been able to treat your son too but due to the fact the NHS England have asked us to focus all our NHS funding on reducing our NHS treatment waiting list, we are currently unable to accept any new NHS patients.
We appreciate this is frustrating for you when you are so happy with the service & treatment you have experienced @ Teethinline and that you will now have to travel further to get NHS orthodontic treatment for your son.
Unfortunately we have very little influence over NHS funding in the local area but you could direct your concerns to NHS England who make the funding decisions.

A very good experience

You have looked after 'A' very well. Appointments have always been on time. Staff have been very pleasant and especially Dr Caroline King putting 'A' at ease. A very good experience.

Treatment was very effective and teeth are now in line and am very happy with the results. The clinic is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, reassuring and informative. Would recommend them to anyone in need of treatment.

Orthodontists and assistants outstanding

Always friendly and welcoming staff. Pristine surgery and waiting room. Lovely and cool (it was hot that day!) Orthodontists and assistants outstanding. Very understanding and patient. Great personalities. Wouldn't want to take my son anywhere else for his treatment. A massive thank you to all.
