We appreciate that you have waited a long time for treatment to start. Unfortunately NHS England provide us with limited funding to treat NHS orthodontic patients and this is why there is a long waiting list. Hopefully now you are underway, you will notice the improvement in your teeth and your smile relatively quickly. Keep us posted on hoe you're getting on.

As someone who gets extremely nervous I was made to feel very at ease. I was talked through everything and it was made clear to me that I could say no at any point which was very reassuring.
