Put my son at ease

It was my son's first appoint and the technician came to the waiting area to meet him and explain what she was doing. He was nervous but she really put him at ease. After the appointment he came out very happy saying he really liked the lady and talked about his brother and what he said about his wonky teeth...thank you, he won't be worried about the next appoint and neither will I.

Teeth in Line

Disappointed that after being sent to MK to have moulds and X-ray carried out was then told now have to have more moulds and X-rays at Newport Pagnell but these could not be done for 11 weeks due to orthodontists busy schedule.
