Very difficult to get appointments out of school time which is annoying especially as we have to travel to get to the surgery - means a lot of missed school

We are sorry to hear that you finding our appointments difficult. We appreciate that most parents would like after school appointments but given that we see a huge amount of school age children at the practice it is always going to be difficult to accommodate everyone.. This is why we make it clear at the start of treatment that appointments are generally going to be between 9am and 3pm. If we do have any availability outside of this, we will of course offer it to you.
We have found that most schools are quite understanding and our reception team can always provide a "school excuse" on your appointment tickets if you do need confirmation for your child's school.. Just ask reception at your next visit.

Emergency appointment

Managed to get an emergency appointment when I had an accident with brace. Orthodontist is always very pleasant and explains what she is doing and how the treatment is progressing. Excellent service.
