Professional service, polite and helpful reception staff and accommodating when trying to make appointments. The Oldbrook arm of the business is a great addition. I'm a very happy customer.

Helpful, reassuring

I arrived very unsure about where my treatment was going and if we would eventually reach our goal, i.e. Me being able to chew again. My other dentist had unnerved me and made me doubt my whole treatment. Mark Tobin was very helpful in reassuring me about my treatment plan and took time to show me the progress that my teeth have made since the start. Always very happy to spend time explaining things and checking I'm adequately reassured. Thank you for that.

Absolutely lovely

My daughter has been having dental treatment with Teeth in Line for a few years now, attending both the Oldbrook and Newport Pagnell branch. Both practices are really clean, well maintained, All the staff are absolutely lovely, polite and always ready to help. My daughter is always seen within reasonable time of her appointment. Well done to all the staff.

We do try hard to keep to time but unfortunately, sometimes we have urgent emergency treatment or a complication in treatment which can make us run later than expected. We try to communicate this as soon as we become aware as we do appreciate the impact of running late.
