I thoroughly enjoyed my experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Teeth-in-line. I was greeted with a warm welcome, seen almost immediately and had a thorough explanation of the options available for my treatment. The staff made me feel like it was my decision and I'm looking forward to my smile in the future!! Thank yo so much.

Thanks for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you found our reception team unfriendly as this is quite unusual from the feedback we normally receive.
We do try our best to accommodate convenient appointment times but I am sure you appreciate that we do see a large proportion of school age children and therefore it is impossible to meet everyone's needs for appointments outside of school hours. If we have availability, we are more than happy to offer this but appointments after school go so quickly it is difficult.

Expertly cared for and fitted with precision

Amazing experience from start to finish of my daughters transformation over two years from five extractions to make room for her teeth including fangs to move into place with top and bottom braces, expertly cared for and fitted with precision. Retainers made in a day after removal of brace, even after one needed to be replaced after the dog finding them!!!! Reception staff did their utmost to get her in asap for new molds within 24hrs . Will always recommend time and time again! Many thanks.

Incredible care

Always have a perfect service from Abby, recommend anyone to Teeth in Line. We praise you regularly to others. Our friends go to Northampton and you are worlds apart. The care from the people who actually look after me is incredible, and we're so pleased.

We do see a large number of school aged children so it is very difficult to accommodate every request for appointments outside of school times. We do try our best but it's not always possible which we hope you will understand and appreciate.
